How to become a successful tourist guide is suitable for any person with a basic level of English who is working in the travel and tourism industry, who needs or will need to use English when talking to clients, tourists, guests, visitors, customers or passengers.

This course is also recommended to anyone who is eager to become more fluent  in the language and wants to earn some extra cash taking people on tours or just for leaming the language and being able to communicate with other people in English. It does not matter whether you are a student, Teacher, manager, house wife or a freelance guide, what is really important here is that you are willing to master the necessary skills ro perform an excellent job while treating tourists with courtesy and respect, making them happy, which in the end will bring more tourists to the city; being this th main goal of this material.

There are seven modules in it, and each contains three or four topics. Each module is based on a different theme, and each lesson covers a different aspect of the theme. Each lesson is divided into shorter sections containing explanations, grammar, speeches, talks, exercises and activities.

The main focus of this book is on speaking and listening, because these are the most important skills when dealing with clients. Bur you will also have a chance to improve your reading and writing skills in some lessons. There is also a list of vocabulary in use and a list of the most used verbs in English in the appendix.
