Hernán Hermosa Mantilla Veinte años después me di cuenta que todos los apuntes recogidos a lo largo de cuatro años eran dignos de mejor suerte. Así empecé a darles forma de manera que fueran la evidencia de que también fui parte de ese remolino entre verdes y colorados por la posesión de La Perinola. Pero ¡qué importancia podía tener esos papeles sin darles un soplo de vida?. This evident lack of legal protection is the ideal space for the flourishing of fortunes, wielding provincial litigations as a pretext to evade all manner of obligations both with the verde and colorada authorities. Over time, its inhabitants pretend to take one side or the other when under the watchful eyes of a visitor, who believes their façade. In this context, a health functionary arrives seeking that everyone fulfils their responsibilities in the jurisdiction that they prefer. But the owners of La Pinola begin to use their shock troops to intimidate the inspector and remove him from the town as soon as possible.
